The 33-year-old has already started his coaching badges and is working with Arsenal's Under-13s side and Wales Under Under-16s.The report claims that Arteta is a close friend of Guardiola and Bayern's fitness coach Lorenzo Buenaventura, and the midfielder recently visited the German club's training ground.
